For biscuits:
¾ cup almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons sugar substitute, such as monkfruit
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup sour cream
½ cup shredded cheddar
1 egg
¼ cup water
3 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons melted butter
For topping:
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
2. Add all of the biscuit ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
3. Use a large cookie scoop to scoop out 10 biscuits.
4. Lightly flatten the biscuits with your fingers.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
6. To make the topping, whisk the butter, parsley, and garlic salt together. Brush over the baked biscuits.
7. Cool for at least 5 minutes before eating.
